Orders and prices
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds; any other currency shown is for reference only and payment is made in EGP.
- Wholesale prices apply automatically according to the quantities shown on each product page.
- An order is confirmed after our team reviews and confirms it with you. We may refuse or cancel an order and refund any amount paid.
Custom products and laser engraving
- You are responsible for the accuracy of texts, names and logos you send; they are produced as approved in the proof.
- By sending a logo or trademark you confirm you have the right to use it.
- Small colour differences between screens and the final product may occur.
Payment
We accept bank cards, mobile wallets, Fawry, bank transfer, InstaPay and cash on delivery where available. Prepaid orders go into production once payment is confirmed.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates starting from design approval and order confirmation, and may vary for large quantities or circumstances beyond our control.
Facades, signage and booths
Facade, 3D letter and exhibition booth projects are governed by a separate quotation and contract defining specifications, timelines, warranty and payment.
Intellectual property
All website content — texts, images and designs — belongs to VertexCo and may not be copied without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
